Message: After I relocated from Maryland to my new home state, I discovered I had inadvertently forgotten to notify my agent at Lentz Insurance of my change of address. I also realized I never requested my condo and auto insurance policies to be cancelled, as I had relocated to a state which Lentz Insurance does not currently service. On Monday, January 10, 2022, at 9:30 a. m., I contacted Ms. Amy Harding at the Lentz Insurance office in Timonium, Maryland. Within 32 minutes (10:02 a. m. ), Ms. Harding sent me an official email notification indicating she had expeditiously cancelled my condo and auto policies, as per my request only minutes ago. My first thought when I received Ms. Harding's email was complete amazement. "Wow! " I said to myself. "Ms. Harding absolutely understands the importance of superb customer service! " In fact, I am so impressed with Ms. Harding's quick response to my request, I told her I would still be a satisfied customer, if only Lentz serviced my new home state. (I had been a loyal customer since July 2017. ) In the final analysis, Ms. Harding is a very valuable professional whose finely-tuned interpersonal skills make Lentz Insurance look really, really good. Kudos to Ms. Harding for her outstanding customer service efforts and kudos to Lentz Insurance for hiring her!
