Message: I am very happy with Mr. Schaller and the commercial team, Alana! There are insurance sales people that you will talk to them when they want to sale you the insurance and once sold and get the money, and you will never see them again! We are a very fast growing company and had a small claim recently. Called this company who sold me the insurance to get advise who to file the claim and what are the steps. Mr. Schaller himself came to our building and they reported the claim for us. (Yes, we are very busy) Every time we called them to ask any question regarding our claims even tho Selective was our insurance company but Mr. Schaller was very open and answered all questions and was willing to help if needed..
