Message: I had a very good agent and did not realize it until he retired sorry to see sonny leave but the best part of it all is that anyone can call the main office and make a payment two more years and all of my policies are paid off.

Message: Dealt with this company 30yrs., never thought I'd see the day when I of s horrible experience such as I am going through.. company has payments in their bank, yet refusing to credit my account for loan payments going back 10yrs., not sure court drama is worth it. 1yr to go on 20yr. policy and threatening to cancel my policy for their negligence. beware.. and keep receipts and record current. trust no one or their consequences word.
