Message: I have been with Allstate for 38 years; over 30 of which has been with Timothy Wessel: Allstate Insurance. Need I say more? They are absolutely the best! Whether I call or come by the office to discuss a policy, inquire about a claim or review a coverage scenario, Michelle, Tim and Dave are super attentive, proactively helpful and very knowledgeable. They will spend as much time as is needed to make certain your insurance requirements are met; never rushed. They provide good old-fashioned personalized customer service.. I recently had a very complicated claim with numerous moving parts. With their assistance in reviewing my policy coverages, advice on opening the claim and the ongoing support they provided during the claims process, including proactively communicating with the Allstate claims team on my behalf, a potentially trying claims experience was made a whole lot less stressful.

Message: Tim (and his staff) are the best insurance people I have ever dealt with. It is refreshing to have someone who you can actually call and that will respond to your questions.

Message: So far, so good with Allstate insurance. My agent calls and emails now and then just to see how things are going. I like that personal touch; shows he cares. Only ONE IMPROVEMENT to suggest. Since I have 3 independent policies with Allstate and do not pay my bills online EVER! .. could Allstate combine all three policies into ONE mailing envelope? I get 3 separate bills mailed to me and sometimes I have to wait on one to arrive so I can combine them into ONE CHECK for mailing. This way I know for sure they are all paid. thank you.

Message: Incredibly easy process with switching my insurances over. I was a previous Gieco customer and Allstate was able to save me money on all of my policies, home and my 3 vehicles. I worked with Michelle Cuculis from Timothy Wessel's office. She was super easy to work with, very nice and really responsive to my emails and calls as this was my first time ever switching my insurances to a new company and I had a ton of questions. If you're in the market for new insurance I highly recommend Tim and his team at Allstate.

Message: I have been with them for about 30 years. I have turned down offers of insurance that would have cost me less money. Initially I had a different Allstate agent who helped me during a very difficult time, but eventually I switched to this one because of where I was living. I have since moved, but Tim, Dave, and Michelle will be my agents until they close shop or I die. Always responsive and patient with my questions. Claims (although admittedly I have had few) are handled promptly and professionally and they are also helpful when I have to deal with other agencies. We have both auto and home insurance with them. In our home we reward good, quality service with loyalty.
