Message: The place is easy to find. That being said. I just don't get the fact that they can't help you in the office. I was told I had to call the 1 800 number. The whole reason I drove 7 miles was because I'm deaf. I have a cochlear Implant but it's not real helpful on the phone. Plus when it's something super important I like to make sure I'm hearing properly. Well when they told me I had to call. I was flabbergasted. Lesson learned.
